Litle & Co. Lands Multiple Category Finalist Nods in 2011 Stevie® Awards for Sales & Customer Service

LOWELL, Mass.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Litle & Co., the 2010 Stevie® Award winner for eCommerce Customer Service, was named a Finalist today in two categories of the fifth annual Stevie Awards for Sales & Customer Service. Litle & Co. is a finalist in the New Product & Services categories for—Litle Vault: Protecting Customers by Securing Their Customers’ Card Data; and in the Customer Service & Contact Center Team category of Back Office Customer Service Team of the Year for The People Behind Your Payments—Always Going Deep into Data. More than 800 entries from organizations of all sizes and in virtually every industry were submitted to this year’s competition, an increase of more than 60% over 2010.

The awards are presented by the Stevie® Awards, which organizes several of the world’s leading business awards shows including the prestigious American Business Awards. Nicknamed the Stevies for the Greek word “crowned,” winners will be announced during a gala banquet on Monday, February 21 at the Eden Roc Renaissance Hotel in Miami Beach, Florida. Nominated customer service and sales executives from the U.S.A. and several other countries are expected to attend.
