Tim Litle :: Chairman ::
For more than 30 years Tim Litle has played a major role in the growth and evolution of direct marketing. In addition to his numerous operational and technical innovations, his founding of the original Litle & Co. helped pave the way for the broad acceptance of credit cards within the catalog and direct marketing fields.
Litle is an active member of the Direct Marketing Association (DMA). He is currently a member of the board of the Direct Marketing Education Foundation. Formerly, he served as a member of the Board of Directors of the DMA, as a member of its Executive Committee, as the founding member of its Privacy Task Force, as Chairman of its Committee on Ethical Business Practice, and in many other capacities.
A frequent speaker at industry functions, Litle has been called upon by the International Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD) to discuss cross-border marketing, as well as by the White House during hearings on privacy issues. The original Litle & Co. was featured twice in Inc. Magazine’s list of the 500 fastest growing private companies, and Tim has been honored with many entrepreneurial awards, including a DMA “Gold Echo” Award for his countless contributions to the Direct Marketing Industry. In 2005 Tim was inducted into the Direct Marketing Association Hall of Fame.
Tom Litle :: President and CEO ::
Tom Litle brings 20 years of business development, corporate management and payment processing experience to Litle & Co. Tom is responsible for all aspects of the Company’s day-to-day operations.
Prior to Litle & Co., Tom was Founder and General Partner of Industry Ventures. While at Industry Ventures, Tom raised and invested three venture funds in over fifty companies and was responsible for sourcing, negotiating and managing venture portfolios purchased from corporate investors including Enron, EDS, and InfoSpace. Tom founded Industry Ventures in 1999 after founding and serving as President of OrderTrust, the first large scale transaction processing network focused on end-to-end order management in support of direct and multi-channel merchants. Tom has served on the boards of multiple early stage companies and is an active advisor to many entrepreneurs and venture investors. He earned his BA from UC Berkeley and his BFA from the Rhode Island School of Design in 1988.
Bob Botelle :: Vice President, Customer Service ::
Bob brings over 20 years of Direct Marketing, Customer Service and Operations experience to Litle & Co. As Vice President of Customer Service Bob is responsible for all customer support activity, including delivery on Litle’s & Co pledge of best in class customer service. Most recently as Director of Customer Service for Celarix, a lviceogistics provider, where he was responsible for all Customer Service and Training. Prior to Celarix, Bob was a Vice President at GE Partnership Marketing Group, Formally the Signature Group, where he was responsible for creating the Shopping Division, leading Merchandise operations, Customer Service, E-Business Operations and Product Fulfillment. Bob began his career with CUC International leading numerous merchandising operations. Bob received a BS in Business Administration from Wilkes University.
David Kamins :: Chief Technology Officer ::
David brings over 25 years of innovative software
development and operational management expertise to Litle & Co.
David is responsible for all technical activities for the company
including system architecture and design, network operations and
advanced reporting and customer service infrastructure.
Prior to Litle & Co., David was Senior Vice President of Online Operations at MarketMax, a software and services company providing integrated retail planning solutions to both hard and soft goods industries whose customers included Amazon.com, Staples, Lowe’s, The Sports Authority, and Williams-Sonoma.
Before joining MarketMax, David was Vice President of Online Services at SightPath, acquired by Cisco Systems in 2000, where he spearheaded the initial efforts of the company to build the world's first intelligent Internet appliance for customized B2B video inter-networking. Prior to joining SightPath, David was Chief Technology Officer at FasTV, where he built the Internet’s first Video Search Engine.
In the 80's, David held a variety of engineering management and software development positions where he designed and implemented interactive, three-dimensional scientific visualization software. David graduated from Brown University with a BS in Computer Science.
Christopher Long :: Chief Marketing Officer ::
Chris joined the Litle & Co. as one of its founders in 2001 bringing over 15 years of operational and direct marketing experience. As Chief Marketing Officer Chris is responsible for the company’s go-to-market strategy, brand promotion, competitive positioning and business development. He is an accomplished public speaker and acts as the Company’s spokesperson at trade shows and industry events.
Prior to joining Litle & Co., Chris was Vice President of Marketing at OrderTrust, Inc., a firm that specialized in distributed order management and large-scale transaction processing networks. Before OrderTrust, Chris was Director of Electronic Commerce at Staples, Inc., where he developed Staples’ first e-commerce site. Chris received an MBA from Harvard Business School and an MB from Harvard College.
Jason Pavona :: Vice President, Product Development ::
Jason brings over 10 years of product development, direct marketing and entrepreneurial experience to Litle & Co. Jason is responsible for Litle & Co's product strategy and all new product initiatives.
Most recently, Jason served as a partner in Enflect, LLC a partnership that developed several product companies in the payment, loyalty, financial services and software industries. Prior to Enflect, Jason developed Wallaware, Inc., a wireless router company, where he was responsible for the companies first U.S and International sales, raised several rounds of private equity capital and opened operations in the US and internationally.
Before Wallaware, Jason was Director of Wireless and Personalization at Terra Lycos, a top three visited Internet destination. At Terra Lycos he created some of the first wireless portal solutions under the brand Lycos Anywhere® in 30 countries. He further managed Terra Lycos’s Network Personalization products, including MyLycos®, the award winning personalization destination with 15 million registered users. Before Terra Lycos, Jason was instrumental in building INPHO, Inc. (sold to Primedia) a pioneer in the Internet real estate space. Jason is a graduate of Babson College, where he received a BS in Finance and Entrepreneurial Studies.
Andrew Sutherland :: Vice President, Finance & Administration ::
Andrew is responsible for the company’s risk, finance, legal human resources, and administration functions.
Andrew has over ten years of experience in the fields of venture capital, M&A, and financial administration. Prior to Litle & Co. Andrew was V.P. Finance & Administration for Scali, Inc., a Norwegian based Linux clustering software company. Prior to Scali, Andrew was V.P. Finance & Administration at MoreMagic Holdings Inc, a start-up wireless payment company, where he raised nine million in second-round financing. Andrew has also held senior financial positions with Genuity, a Tier One Internet Service Provider, and TransNational Group, an affinity marketing company. Andrew holds a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Massachusetts and an M.S. in International Accounting and Finance from the London School of Economics.
